  • Game time is automatically deducted from your account balance
  • Insufficient balance will prevent access to paid games
  • You will receive notifications when your balance is low

Transaction Records

  • All transactions are recorded in your account’s payment history
  • Transaction details include date, amount, and purpose
  • Receipts are available for download from your account

6. Refund Policy

General Refund Terms

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair business practices. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
